Momangi provides software: branded ordering sites, an operator dashboard, and table-service tools for independent restaurants. When you order food through a Momangi storefront, your purchase contract is with the restaurant, not with Momangi. The restaurant is responsible for the food, prices, allergen information, preparation, and delivery. Momangi does not cook, sell, handle, or deliver food, and is not a party to your order.
You need an account to place an order. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You must be at least 16 to hold an account, and old enough under your local law to enter a contract for the goods you are ordering. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Prices are set by each restaurant. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, you pay the restaurant directly on delivery or pickup — Momangi never holds your money and processes no card payments. A restaurant may accept or reject an order; estimated times are estimates, not guarantees. Cancellations, refunds, missing items, and anything else about a specific order are between you and the restaurant, under its own policy and your statutory rights.
All food information on a storefront — ingredients, allergens, nutritional claims, and preparation methods — comes from the restaurant and is published by it, not by us. We do not verify it. If you have an allergy or intolerance, contact the restaurant directly before ordering and rely on what it tells you. Momangi is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of food information supplied by a restaurant.
Restaurant subscriptions are billed per location at the published plan prices, monthly or annually as you choose, with no commission on orders. Fees are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes, which are added where required. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel; you may cancel at any time and it takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded except where the law requires it. If we change prices we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your next renewal, and you may cancel instead. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your menu content — including prices, allergen and food information, licences, and applicable taxes — and for fulfilling the orders you accept.
Do not use Momangi to break the law, to publish content you have no right to publish, to sell goods you are not licensed to sell, to harass anyone, or to attack, probe, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform. Do not attempt to reach data belonging to another restaurant or another customer. We may suspend or close an account that does any of this, and where the breach is serious or repeated we may do so without notice.
We work to keep Momangi running, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those the law makes unavoidable. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may take the platform down for maintenance, change features, or discontinue parts of the service. Where a change materially reduces what a paying restaurant receives, we will give reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momangi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, or for disputes arising between customers and restaurants — including anything to do with the food itself. Where we are found liable to a paying restaurant despite the above, our total liability over any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees that restaurant paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited, and consumers keep all mandatory rights under the law of their country of residence.
If you are a restaurant using Momangi, you will cover us against third-party claims, and the reasonable costs of defending them, that arise from your menu content, your food, your fulfilment of orders, your handling of your customers' data, or your breach of these terms. This does not apply to anything caused by us.
You may stop using Momangi at any time; restaurants may cancel as described above. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that we are legally required to act on, or that poses a security risk to the platform or its users. If we terminate a paying restaurant's account other than for a breach, we will refund the unused portion of the current billing period. On termination, a restaurant can ask us for an export of its data before it is deleted.
The Momangi platform, its software, and its branding belong to us. Your menu, your photos, your logo, and your restaurant's name remain yours; you grant us only the licence we need to display and process them in order to run the service for you. You may not copy, resell, or white-label the platform itself.
Some features depend on services we do not control: Google sign-in, email and SMS delivery, image hosting, and the optional print agent that runs on a restaurant's own computer. Their availability is not something we can guarantee, and your use of them may also be subject to their own terms.
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date. For changes that materially affect a paying restaurant, we will give at least 30 days' notice; continuing to use Momangi after a change takes effect means you accept it, and if you do not, you may cancel.
These terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia, without depriving consumers of protections granted by mandatory law where they live. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most things are quicker to fix directly. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Nothing here prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings in the courts of their own country of residence where the law gives them that right.
